It's possible I just read this too late, after already reaching much of Leo's material online, but there was nothing new or interesting covered here. I don't think this is necessarily the book's fault, but there were some elements to its tone that irked me a bit as well, so I'm going to stick with this rating at this time. I may well read more of the author's later books, as I realize this one is pretty old now.

Some of the recommendations of this volume by Leo Babauta of Zen Habits fame don't work for my life (checking email twice would be the end of my profession). However, his amazing advice, in just this slim volume, has already changed key elements of my daily operating sysem. And this guy has SIX kids, makes a living and seems to have a lovely home life. This is a must read for those of us suffering from information anxiety or work in 24/7 worlds of data smog. Anxiety reducing techniques for living a full life that YOU conrol. Thank you Leo!
