I was extremely glad and happy for the chance to read this book. It was written by one of my favorite authors and features a score of my favorite characters and I was delighted that they would consider me as their reader. Ah, actually, I can't copy what annoys me about this book. I like the movie, I like the actors, but this book is sooo boring. It's just one boring anecdote after another, strung together by mind-numbing humbleness and adoration of every single person he's writing about. I wasn't looking for a gritty tell-all of the sex and drugs and other perversions that were going on during the shoot, but this book covers the other extreme and it does it too thoroughly for me to enjoy.
