I picked this up because I'm a big fan of the authors essay Mathematicians Lament, which resonated with me a lot, especially when I worked in problems for student math's olympiads and similar. This book however is more of a mathematics textbook and picking it up in audio probably only worked for me because I wasn't learning from it, not much anyway, not the mathematics, which I knew. That aside, I still love the authors style of writing and way of introducing all the concepts. I feel like this was the best kind of refresher of these mathematical ideas for me. I also appreciated my university instructors, as a lot of the way things were presented felt like it was how it was taught to me.
