This book turned out to be pretty meh. The beginning was intriguing, but it fast dissolved into nonsensical action sequences with a lot of poop and penis references. The main character was interestingly unlikable and unreliable. Though the unreliability of the narrator is more interesting if you can somehow catch him out on it which I'm not sure how possible it is in this world of very random events.
