oh my god, I’m so mad. The ending was BEAUTIFUL and elegant and I am FURIOUS that this is how Ariadne’s story ends when I know there are other versions where she becomes immortal. I know that this is the thing — not all of the myths are told the same way — but man, thinking that she’s going to live forever when she has a devastating, tragic end is…really something.
