Florida Board on Judicial Conduct investigator Lacey Stoltz is after a corrupt Florida judge stealing money from a Native American casino, which is in turn run by a kind of Indian mafia. The plot is complex and it takes almost as long for the narrator to recap it at the end of the book so we understand what happened as it does to tell the story. All in all kind of boring
