I always enjoy reading Gladwell and find his insights compelling, despite what his naysayers may say about his questionable interpretations of findings. However, this book didn't quite grip me in the same way his other books have. It seemed somewhat more disjointed and I wasn't fully convinced by his overall argument. I hesitate to attribute this to the book itself, though, because I read this in spurts in between a number of other books, so it may be that I wasn't giving this the attention it deserved. That said, I wanted to find insight in this, especially in his discussion of dyslexia, but I always get cautious when people glorify a disability. I'll have to give this a reread at another point in the future when I can devote more attention to it.
