I found this book to be unevenly written, and often naive (the whole business part seems naive), but there are many very very good lessons from someone who has pushed the envelope of human performance as nobody else has.

@markgalassi Agreed and I'll probablyagree with your rating. However MTQ framework feels very strong. Also it's interesting when it comes to using fantasy in strategy and tactics.
