Overall a useful update that brings recent research into the standard advice about this condition. There are moments that verge on quackery ("stay tuned for research into electromagnetic radiation!") which takes the shine off of some of their other advice that seems plausible but poorly supported yet hard to verify. VAST seems like an attempt to create an equivalent of Asperger's for ADHD but the concern is that the definition is so broad that it's functionality useless. Probably still worth a read of you're interested though.
