It is a bit outdated but still some useful tips on how to use tools (mainly Google tools) to organize yourself a little better. If you are in chaos you will learn a lot but if you have spent time trying to refine your personal organizing systems you may pick up a tip or two or learn nothing and feel smug at your achievements. Worth a read.
