Legacy code is successful code

This was a great short read about software quality and business/dev relationships.
It's mostly a reframing of how we think about software. We shouldn't feel bad when stuff we've made is rewritten or refactored - it was successful and needs to grow.
An interesting tour of some of the authors experiences with production issues and management techniques to gain buy in and air cover to do the important technical work that is sometimes undervalued.
It was nice reading a book that referenced up to date tech as much as it did old tech, and I'd definitely read anything else by the author as her experience and knowledge shone throughout.
