Surprisingly fun, but the big reason is a dear friend spent weeks reading it to me and we had fun cracking mirth at the behaviour of the characters. Now I gotta read Jonah the Georgie parts. (Page 60!)
Reviews and Comments
I'm picky and read slowly, but I do love books. I love audiobooks and am so pleased to finally be a part of that world via librivox.org.
I'd say more but too many people "know" who I am, and that understanding has always been up for debate. (Even stranger is barely anyone gets in touch with me to ask.) ^_^

One of the Miss Read books talked about this one so we found a copy and started today, hilarious! Plenty of humour and just a cattywampus retelling of history thus far. With a fun quiz in parts that also doesn't really help to learn anything just random advice a lot.

December: Mr. Willet gives kudos to the youth for learning new ways and machines so quick even as the aged wish to continue in olden ways. OH and guess what? Mr. Mawne is married! ((((shock)))) So Mrs. Partridge does very well in being apologetic to Miss Read who is swooning at the universe for her good luck in all the match making falling apart and her freedom from it.
