Despite the (very) hammy dialogue, this is exactly the cowboy mistborn book I didn't know I needed.

The pacing is much better than Hero of Ages, but the book is so short! And there are so many new mysteries in the epilogue. Dammit Sanderson, why?! The best way I could see improving AoL would be making it twice as long.
