Написано легко и с душой, хоть и без особой структуры. Почти в формате "кейс - разбор кейса", но не совсем. Немного есть о понятии картины мира, но о картинах мира лучше почитать у Тарасова. Немного есть о том, как подготовиться к сложному разговору, но про это есть контент получше, например, "Сложные разговоры". Наверное, самое полезное в этой книге - это разбор некоторых классических ситуаций вроде "заказчик напрямую звонит сотруднику".
