"Narrower and deeper" than The Happiness Project, as she describes it herself. Thoroughly enjoyable but didn't have the same impact on me as [b:The Happiness Project|6398634|The Happiness Project|Gretchen Rubin|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1256849491s/6398634.jpg|6587328], maybe because fewer of the resolutions are directly applicable to my life (i.e. children, marriage), so I enjoyed it more as a memoir.
