I gave this only 2 stars because the middle 1/3 of the book seemed to drag on forever without much point except a ton of history. I was listening on audio and had to back up several times and focus to stay on track. Usually his books move along very quickly with the history providing the detail. In the end I did enjoy the premise of the story. To me still a good story but not nearly as exciting as his other books.
