I really like parts of this book. I like the idea of finding your why and let that drive your path forward. I like how this books makes me think about that.
I am skeptical about the described dichotomy of why and how people, i have many friends who is both of the why and the how concern. I also find the USA concentric world view to be boring. Like apple inventing the alternative to carriers dictating what features phones have, while the world had that for years before apple brought it to USA.

I expected more. Sure the story was interesting. But it did not convince me rather it made me question the model, by involving things like Mayer - bridge and Messiah leadership style.
