This was little more than a paper, not a book, though the author does refer to it as a report, so the fault goes more to the packaging than the text. As for the text, however, it was nothing that I haven't seen in numerous locations before. It was free, and only took about a half hour to read, so I didn't lose much in reading it.

An excellent examination of introversion that had me nodding my head in agreement throughout the first few chapters. Cain's ideas on how to best utilize the qualities of introverts in business settings were really interesting. A great read for all of us introverts out there, but the audience I really wish it would reach are all the the extroverts designing offices, planning projects and otherwise diving headlong into groupthink.
