City in Glass

This book delivered me the goods on Angels & Demons that I've been looking for recently, as well as doing the whole "the city is a character too" thing that I love.

The main character is the patron demon of a sinful port city that gets razed to the ground by a host of angels. The story follows her as she mourns her city, seeks vengeance on those who wronged her, and attempts to bring her city back to its glory days.

I loved this book so much that, after reading almost all of it on my Kobo, I bought the hardcover from my local bookstore.
