pithypants reviewed Apples Never Fall by Liane Moriarty

I usually enjoy Liane Moriarty's books because they tend to have short chapters and a clever twist or two near the end. This book felt more dense (and more slow) than her other novels, but it did still deliver with neatly seamed up threads that involved more than one twist. This could've been an even better book if her editor had tightened it up. While I appreciated the care she took in developing all six Delaney family members and their tennis-bound back stories, I don't know that all of it was relevant to advancing the plot or appreciating the ending.
