Review of 'Redhead by the side of the road' on 'Goodreads'

2 stars

Plot in a nutshell: hyper-structured man who is emotionally clueless loses his girlfriend because he's obtuse, examines past and recognizes recurring pattern borne from not allowing second chances. I listened to this as an audiobook so maybe part of my beef with it was the way it was read... it just felt conversational, not very sophisticated. It relied on a lot of dialogue and I didn't really feel I connected with any of the characters.
