These books are about as much as I'll dip into chick-lit without feeling like a total moron. This wasn't Moriarty's best work. She did have some observations (presented as characters' thoughts) that made me laugh, and she does a good job of creating an interesting setting (an island near Sydney). But the characters were a bit thin, the plot device a bit trying, and the main character a bit annoying in her search for a relationship. Wouldn't recommend.
