A short book that could've been a little shorter: the main component is a letter from a monk to a colleague, but there are appendages tacked on from a few different sources, none of which feel essential. The meat of the book is an introduction to and explanation of mindfulness, with frequent discussions on its relationship to service. In spite of the "miracle" in the title, the book is generally non-spiritual and there's only an instance or two in the main text of what I would consider woo.
