This book is not worth it. Not for me, at least. Too simple and fluffy. No facts cited, just stuff like "Your brain can't swell like your biceps, since it's confined by your skull, so instead the brain cells develop new connections to speed the efficiency of thought without increasing size." (52) That's just wrong.

Also "Whatever oxygen remains [after basic body functions] remains is used for complex functions..."(101) as a reasoning to take deep breaths. And you need to get so much daily sun each day and it "can't be filtered by windows or sunglasses." (123) Uhhh....any facts to go with that BS?
