This was a great adventure! Full of well researched details that really immersed you in the story and life of Ruth Miner. I did have the impression while reading that the main character was too smart, too lucky, and too mature, but by the end I was glad for it. Very entertaining AND I feel like I learned a lot about ships and Quakers.
