Pretty fun heist novel, but you can definitely tell at the end where the original story got too big for the book and split into a two book arc. The book has a nice arc to it, but there's a good bit that's left for the next one.

Harry Dresden learns that a peace summit is being held between the various Supernatural groups of Chicago and he's added to the security detail, because anywhere near diplomacy is where anyone wants Dresden. Along with this his brother Thomas has been captured following a failed assassination attempt on the leader of one of the groups taking part in the talks. So Dresden has to get him without causing Dresden-level chaos. So yeah, fun heist ensues.
