Ok, Rothfuss is totally amazing. He hooks you into the already compelling story of Kvothe with his expert use of the English language. Twists of phrase, and small snippets of plays created for the universe abound, no surprise when the main character is a Trouper's son.

Then there's the whole rags to, well, still rags, but more impressive rags. And Kvothe's interactions with the female kind. Those interactions can be as touching and hilarious as they are realistic. Altogether, Rothfuss just made a completely believable world, filled with characters that you really can relate to. Amazing book.

Staying away from spoilers because this was just such a good book. So glad that Rothfuss has finally made an official announcement on the second book.
