- His love interest: A confused, chaotic and vague aspiring writer.
- Her love interest: A mundane businesswoman, who had lost her zest for life due to trauma in the past.
How the love triangle develops and ends is the story.
3 out of 5 stars for this book.
2 stars for the mesmerising lines of Marukami that pops in every once in a while and one more star for the audacity and confidence with which Marukami has written this novel.
Makes me wonder if I decipher all the metaphors will "Kafka on the Shore" lose its charm as well?
