3rd Drucker book, 3rd time I'm left hugely impressed. I can't believe how evergreen most of his writings are, 40 years later. Even if many of the companies aren't as relevant as they were during publication, the lessons and concepts are. He's an erudite scholar, able to distill nebulous concepts down to their essential functions. He's concise—rest easy knowing there's not a wasted paragraph in here. And he's able to distill every relevant study, book, and personal experience of his down to the commonalities and proven successes.
