Thanks J.L. Collins. This is the best I’ve found on personal finance.

Even having listened to some FI/RE podcasts and following their site's work, the clarity in this book felt like a fresh look at everything. Collins gives enough detail to guide you through adjusting and managing all of your finances on your own, from here on out. It’s succinct and nothing like most personal finance books. There aren't platitudes, hype chapters, or upsells. The book came from a series of letters to his daughter, and emanates fatherly advice. The audiobook narration by the author was great.
