Based on the Goodreads rating system I should really give this two starts, but based on how I've rated things in the past it deserves three. Perhaps I should update my rating to follow the Goodreads rating system...

Auri is one of my favourite characters and whilst it was fun getting a little peek inside her head I feel that this book, as with Rothfuss' other books, took far longer to say something than it should've. Typically it also asked far more questions than it answered, which whilst often fine, is frustrating when there's already so much to answer in the final book in the Kingkiller Chronicles. It certainly isn't worth the £12.99 asking price for the hardcover version, which I thankfully found for far less at a charity shop.
