It's difficult to write a review about a book for which I cared so little. The concept was interesting and atmosphere building was somewhat decent. I liked that the writing style imparted a sense of the narrators gradual loss of sanity. I didn't mind that no answers were provided as to the cause of the insomnia. Unfortunately, the author's utter detachment seeped into me and left me equally devoid of interest.
