Although the stories told are interesting and very well documented, I can't fail to notice the editor has missed the spellchecker. Sentences don't always run although the meaning is often clear, it's disturbing the reading experience.
Also very nice to get an insight into the rise and fall of nations and kingdoms throughout the ages. It gets me thinking about the future of some current states. How long will Belgium stay one kingdom? Will Scotland become independent once again. What happens to the many African nations divided with a ruler and compass. I think South Sudan won't be the last change.
