This is my favourite book in the series so far, as the world building continues, but in a tasteful way, while characters also grow into their own. There is not too much lovemaking, which is appreciated by those reading the book for "the story". We get to see more of the battle, more strategy, and overall, a lot of raw emotion. A great addition to the series, and it gives me hope that the final books will be even better.
