The title talks about how hackers disrupt power, surveillance. But i have the impression that democracy hackers are driven more by a desire to improve our digital commons than disruption of power. But that makes a less intriguing title i suppose. I want to read this because the first chapter mentions the Chaos Computer Club in the contents and i an interested in the European perspective.
