First of all, I couldn't resist the title on Black History Month.
Despite the title, I was attracted to the alt histories more than the Sci-Fi stories. Perhaps because I already read a good amount of Sci-Fi from the perspective of marginalized groups.
It was also interesting to read short stories that were the basis for some of Jamisin's novels.
