Light and fun self conscious first encounter Sci-Fi. with a bad sit down and I'll tell you what this was all about ending.

I like the slow beginning but when the shit hits the fan the pacing doesn't pick up.
This may be due to the Audible narration.

The choice of narrator was a bit strange. A middle aged man reading a book written from the perspective of a 16 year old girl.
I think his voice was most appropriate when voicing the president of the US. Not a large percentage of the content of the Novel by any means.
