So far this is the most unrealistic of these books. It was okay, but the whole falsely-accused-hero-has-to-go-on-the-run, and hit men, and organised crime . . . come on, this guy works in far northern Minnesota. How much of this stuff even happens in Chicago? And I see absolutely no reason for the rape subplot - especially since neither the victim nor her family seem at all affected by it in later books.
However, I enjoyed book #6 much more, so I plan to keep going with the series.
