So Sorcery of Thorns....
The writing is nice, with a lot of descriptions of the surroundings, the magical books and libraries, the city, etc.
Although the end dragged a little in my opinion (problem of pacing ?), I think the story could have been more exploited and expanded, but maybe im not one for one shots in fantasy lol.
The POV was only from the main character Elizabeth, but I found her a little bland (not annoying or anything). The book was okay when I was reading it, but I didn’t have the need or will to read it, I didn’t think about it you know... (maybe it is my slump, maybe it is the book...)
I don’t want to say too much on the plot since its a one shot obviously, so in conclusion : A “basic” fantasy but well made^^.
