Ten arguments for deleting your social media accounts right now

This book encouraged me to quit all social media ruled by big tech companies. I couldn't decide whether to remove my Twitter until I met this book, but the decision definately improved my QOL.

Social media is a waste of time. They are addictive. They make you feel depressed.
Believing something only because you learned it through a system is a way of giving your cognitive power over to that system. It is time to reclaim your power and restore your cognitive calm. Instead of wasting time on social media, read books.
