i have always been thinking about my self to be a good listener, after reading this book, it feel like there is always a room for improvement. it is not just that allot is passing by because you could not pick but it is how much it can make a difference and can have an impact on others. i hope with time i could start the techniques described as my second nature even though many of those i have been using without me knowing it.
