Serendipity. I came to know about this book from a podcast. One of the goals for me this year is to know more about body hacks and pushing endurance limits. This book perfectly fits into my theme and topics I have been learning more (keto, HIIT).

The author tries to debunk the myth of Wim Hof and his techniques but practices and gains immense benefit out of it. As a newbie and skeptic about cold therapy and Wim Hof methods, this was a fantastic intro for me. Highly recommend it, if you are curious about this topic.
