Sweet, empowering story 5yo and I both loved

4 stars

I just finished reading this with my 5yo and we both loved it. It was recommended by Katie from Books With Pictures, a really wonderful comic shop in Portland, in response to my request for more recommendations in the spirit of 5yo’s love of Snapdragon. I was rooting for these girls so hard. 5yo’s been “reading” it on her own over and over and we just finished with the actual words. Sweet, fun, and empowering; highly recommended.
