A collection of Batman comics, originally published in thirteen monthly installments, following the efforts of the costumed crime fighter to save Gotham from a serial killer, a crime lord, and assorted gangsters and freaks.
Feels like a tedious nostalgia trip, where not much of the story feels cohesive. The twist at the end is kind of nonsensical, if anything.
A brilliant retelling of the origin of Two-Face keeping the lore the same, whilst also adding to it in its own way, and incorporating many of the classic characters.
without doubt one of my favourite in a long list of graphic novels. highly recommended!
