DNF. Picked up to read along with another (Either/Or by Bautman) but ended up skimming really. Would likely enjoy if reading as part of a group, but alas.

It is a special book, quite pleasant and quick to read, entertaining with the pictures.
A few good passages that will probably mark you strongly.
But.
I think the book got at bit old, especially about how Nadja is depicted as a character : -spoiler- this is another story about another woman casually objectified by a man madly in love, unapologetically proud to make her his muse and object of desire.
The book was quite hard to read as a woman. I got bored and sad. It is probably a pity but it is still the experience i had of it.
Life is short, i think you’ll probably feel more empowered reading from the plethora of other good books talking about love and life (maybe written by non-men, or maybe more critical of patriarchy?)
