This a great book to read about not just a company’s, but an Entrepreneur’s journey. Tony Hsieh started off as just another investor in an average startup. But soon he took over the reigns of Zappos and focused, almost single-mindedly, on Customer Service and Happiness. Actually, not just the happiness of his Customers, but also that of his Vendors and even Zappos’ Employees.
The metamorphosis of an unattached seed Investor to a passionate CEO and thought leader is seamless.
Really enjoyed reading his light-hearted, witty accounts of his journey to lead Zappos.com from zero to getting acquire by Amazon.
A definite recommended Read.

Inspiring... much of this is being applied in my current corporation, but I think it could be done better. Reading this book motivated me to take a more active role in building our corporate culture.
