Destroyed, disgusted, and learnt a lot about Mormons and Mormonism along the way. A lot of dense history and intense retellings of the crime in question. Excited for the new Hulu adaptation since Andrew Garfield has a knack for playing religious characters.
I appreciated Krakauer’s remarks in the reprint.
