Parts of the book were very funny and well written, but I was annoyed that the narrator whining all the time while also failing upward.
DNF on page 45, as excited as I was for a story set in Madrid, this ain't it.
A plunge into the depths of imposter syndrome. I imagine the author felt healed by writing this.
