If the first volume was introducing characters and the world, volume 2 is all plot!
Izaya grows as a character, Kyo stays angry, Oboro remains delightful, Miyabi continues to be perfect, and there's twists everywhere! Maybe not the most original of ones, but twists none the less.
The art remains wonderful, I still enjoy the mix of violent action & humor, and it's just a fun read. More importantly, I love that ending.
Madness is a great story contained within two volumes and if you can handle the Rating, I highly recommend checking it out.
