Cute book about a pre-teen genius super villain who wants to make a fortune through a high-tech scheme to get fairy gold by capturing a fairy and using their laws and technologies against them. Apparently fairies, gnomes, trolls, etc all have a thriving highly organized and highly technological civilization underground.
